Senior Salesforce Specialist Service Cloud Development & QA Automation

Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Salesforce professionals with 7–11 years of overall experience to join our team in senior-level positions across Salesforce Service Cloud Development and Salesforce QA Automation.

The selected candidates will work on enterprise Salesforce solutions, customer service applications, integrations, automation, testing, and quality engineering.

Candidates should have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and expertise in either Salesforce Development or Salesforce QA Automation.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Service Cloud Development:

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
- Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flow, and platform capabilities.
- Work on Service Cloud features including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Entitlements, Milestones, Knowledge, Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, and agent experiences.
- Design and implement secure integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Streaming APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and event-driven architectures.
- Build automation using Salesforce Flow, Apex, and declarative capabilities while following Salesforce best practices.
- Optimize solutions for scalability, performance, security, governor limits, and maintainability.
- Contribute to CI/CD, Git, source control, release management, and Salesforce DevOps practices.

Salesforce QA Automation:

- Design, develop,



and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright with TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce Service Cloud and custom Salesforce applications.
- Create and execute automated UI, API, integration, regression, and smoke tests.
- Validate Salesforce configurations and customizations including Objects, Flows, Apex, LWC, Validation Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
- Develop reusable Page Object Model (POM) based automation frameworks.
- Automate Salesforce Lightning UI components and complex business workflows.
- Perform API testing using Postman, REST Assured, and validate Salesforce integrations with external systems.
- Perform Salesforce Service Cloud testing, including FSL/SMAX, where applicable.
- Integrate automation suites into Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct defect triage, root-cause analysis, regression testing, and collaborate closely with development teams.
- Generate automation reports and provide quality metrics to stakeholders.

Experience & Qualifications

- 7–11 years of overall IT/software experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- For development profiles, solid experience in Salesforce development using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, APIs, Flow, and integrations.
- For QA profiles, strong Salesforce testing experience with hands-on Playwright automation and API testing.
- Experience with enterprise applications, integrations, automation, testing, and production support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
