To support timely recruitment of quality manpower across restaurant operations, kitchens, production units and support functions, ensuring vacancies are filled within agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for restaurant, culinary, production and support roles.
- Source candidates for positions such as Chefs, Cooks, Stewards, Captains, Restaurant Managers, Kitchen Helpers, Bakery/Production staff and other hospitality roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, recruitment agencies, institutes and direct sourcing.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with functional/operational managers.
- Organise and support walk-in interviews and bulk recruitment drives.
- Build and maintain a ready database/talent pool for frequently hired positions.
- Coordinate offer roll-out, documentation and joining formalities with the HR team.
- Follow up with selected candidates to improve offer-to-joining conversion.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on vacancies,
closures and pending positions.
- Develop relationships with hotel management/culinary institutes and other relevant training institutes for entry-level hiring.
- Support recruitment requirements for new restaurant openings and expansion projects.
- Ensure candidates have a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
- 25 years of recruitment experience, preferably in restaurants, hotels, QSR or hospitality.
- Good understanding of hospitality operational and culinary roles.
- Experience in bulk/frontline recruitment is strongly preferred.
- Good sourcing, communication and candidate-engagement skills.
- Comfortable travelling for recruitment drives when required.
