About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Finance & Accounts Manager to manage the company's day-to-day finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Tally Prime, taxation, manufacturing accounts, inventory, working capital, banking and financial reporting.

The candidate will work closely with the management and should be capable of independently handling the finance function with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Maintain accounts in Tally Prime and ensure accurate and timely accounting entries.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
- Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, including vendor and customer reconciliations.
- Prepare and monitor Debtors & Creditors Ageing and ensure timely follow-up.
- Handle bank reconciliation, cash flow, fund planning and working capital management.
- Coordinate with banks for CC/OD, LC, bill discounting, bank documentation and other banking requirements.
- Maintain and monitor inventory, purchase, sales, stock and production accounting.
- Prepare manufacturing costing, profitability analysis and MIS reports for management.
- Monitor purchase and sales accounting, including reconciliation of invoices, payments and outstanding balances.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports and financial analysis.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Tax Consultants, GST Consultants and other professionals.




- Ensure proper documentation and internal controls for financial transactions.
- Monitor expenses, margins, working capital and overall financial performance.
- Handle import/export accounting and foreign currency transactions where applicable.
- Maintain proper financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Lead and supervise the accounts team and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime & Advanced Excel
- Good practical knowledge of Taxation, GST, TDS & Income Tax
- Strong understanding of Manufacturing Accounts & Inventory Management
- Positive knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Debtors & Creditors
- Knowledge of Bank Reconciliation, Cash Flow & Working Capital
- Experience in Banking, LC & Bill Discounting
- Knowledge of Costing, MIS, Budgeting & Profitability Analysis
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, coordination and team-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities

Educational Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification
- CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred
- CA/CMA qualified candidates will be preferred.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in manufacturing, metal, commodity, trading or recycling industries will be preferred.

Experience in handling working capital, banking facilities, LC transactions, inventory and manufacturing accounting will be an added advantage.

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, responsible and commercially aware, and who can take ownership of the company's finance and accounts function rather than only performing routine accounting entries.

The candidate should be able to understand the financial position of the business, identify issues, provide meaningful MIS and support management in financial decision-making.
