Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst with knowledge of automotive business processes, digital platforms, and enterprise systems. The role involves gathering requirements, preparing functional documentation, supporting the development team, and coordinating with business and technology stakeholders. Location: Gurgaon. Experience: 2 to 3 Years.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyse requirements with business stakeholders and the development team.
- Prepare BRDs, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and requirement traceability.
- Translate business needs into explicit functional and technical requirements.
- Support solution design, development, testing, UAT, and business sign-off.
- Understand major automotive lines of business, including sales, service, spare parts, warranty, insurance, finance, accessories, used cars, and dealer operations.
- Analyse end-to-end processes covering vehicle enquiry, booking, delivery, workshop operations, job cards, billing, and customer engagement.
- Working knowledge of DMS, CRM, ERP, digital platforms, mobile applications, and reporting systems.
- Understanding of APIs,



system integrations, data flows, microservices, and MCP.
- Coordinate with technical teams for API requirements, data mapping, integration dependencies, and system validation.

Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in the automotive or digital enterprise domain.
- Experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, functional documentation, and UAT.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Azure DevOps, Visio, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of SQL, APIs, MCP, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
