We are looking for an experienced and passionate 3D & VFX Faculty to train and mentor students in 3D Animation, 3D Modelling, Texturing, Lighting, Animation and Visual Effects.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in 3D software such as Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max or Blender, along with practical knowledge of VFX, compositing and visual effects workflows.

Role & responsibilities:

- Conduct classroom and practical lab sessions on 3D Modelling, Texturing, Lighting, 3D Animation and VFX.
- Prepare lesson plans, training material, assignments and practical exercises based on the curriculum.
- Demonstrate 3D and VFX techniques.
- Train students on industry-standard software such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, After Effects, Nuke or equivalent tools.
- Guide students through projects and assignments.
- Mentor students in portfolio development, showreel creation, industry readiness.




- Evaluate student assignments and performance and provide constructive feedback.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Prior experience as a 3D Faculty, VFX Faculty, Animation Faculty, 3D Trainer, VFX Trainer, 3D Artist, 3D Animator or VFX Artist is desirable.
- Ability to explain technical and creative concepts clearly to students with different skill levels.
- Strong mentoring and student-handling abilities.
- Solid hands-on knowledge of 3D Modelling, Texturing, Lighting and Animation.
- Proficiency in one or more 3D software packages such as Maya, 3ds Max or Blender.
- Practical knowledge of VFX workflows, compositing and particle effects.
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Nuke or similar compositing/VFX applications.
- Prior experience in an animation/VFX institute or training environment will be an advantage.
