About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Manager who can take ownership of the finance function and contribute to building a strong, structured and scalable financial framework for the organization.

The ideal candidate should have a hands-on and ownership-driven approach, with the ability to work independently, identify gaps, improve processes and provide meaningful financial insights to the business.

This is not purely a routine accounting role. Looking for someone with a builder's mindset who can take responsibility for the finance function and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare MIS, financial reports, budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables and payables.
- Ensure timely closure of books and financial reporting.
- Establish and maintain financial controls and processes.




- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants and other stakeholders.
- Support statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Analyse financial performance and provide insights for business decisions.
- Identify process gaps and drive improvements in the finance function.

Candidate Profile

- MBA in Finance is mandatory; CA Inter is preferred.
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting, MIS, financial reporting and working capital.
- Good command of MS Excel and financial systems/tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Should be hands-on, proactive and comfortable working independently.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Most importantly, should have a builder mindset with the ability to create processes and take end-to-end ownership rather than only manage existing systems.
