Role & responsibilities

- Analyze and document current claims, returns, and reverse logistics processes.
- Support process harmonization and future-state solution design discussions.
- Capture business requirements, process flows, dependencies, and open topics.
- Coordinate with business users, process owners, consultants, and IT teams.
- Support SIT, UAT, defect analysis, and business validation.
- Contribute to documentation, training inputs, and process readiness material.

- Experience in claims, returns, reverse logistics, warranty, or aftersales logistics processes.
- Understanding of SAP ERP business processes in logistics or service operations.
- Exposure to SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
- Experience in business analysis, process documentation, and testing support.
- Robust stakeholder management, structured thinking, and communication skills.

Preferred candidate profile

- Business Analyst / Process Designer background in an ERP transformation environment.
- Comfortable working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Structured documentation approach with focus on clarity, ownership, and business validation.
