K&K; is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive with 12 years of experience in day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally ERP, vendor reconciliation, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and preparation of MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and transactions in Tally ERP.
- Prepare and process invoices and maintain proper billing records.
- Perform vendor reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle bank reconciliation and ensure accurate recording of bank transactions.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and other accounting-related reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of financial transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for accounting-related queries.

Desired Profile

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Accounts/Finance.
- Hands-on knowledge of Tally ERP.
- Good understanding of invoicing, vendor reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet timelines.
