Role & responsibilities

Deputy Manager Electrical O&M;

- Manage electrical maintenance and operations of hospital/building facilities.
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply and smooth functioning of electrical systems.
- Oversee HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, electrical distribution and lighting systems.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Lead and supervise electrical maintenance teams, contractors and service providers.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory requirements and SOPs.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for maintenance activities.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, spares and inventory.

Preferred candidate profile

9-14 years in Electrical Operations & Maintenance.
Experience in multi-specialty hospitals, healthcare facilities, commercial buildings, IT parks, or high-rise projects is preferred.
Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical
