We re looking for a motivated and hands-on Lead - SDR to drive our outbound sales efforts and lead a growing team of SDRs. You ll combine individual contribution with team management, coach reps, and ensure consistent sales pipeline generation.

Job Title: Manager - Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 10+ years in SDR or Inside Sales roles with 6+ years in Team Lead role

Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of SDRs to exceed targets
- Own outbound prospecting strategy and execution (Cold Call, Email, LinkedIn Prospecting)
- Track performance metrics (Calls, Emails, Discovery booked)
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on lead qualification
- Hire, onboard, and train new SDRs
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews

Requirements

- 10+ years in SDR/BDR roles, with at least 6+ years in a leadership or mentoring position
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets
- SaaS or B2B tech sales experience
- Robust understanding of outbound tools (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM,



Sales Engagement platforms)
- Exposure in Europe market is mandatory
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Nice to Have

- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, or HubSpot
