Position: Mice Representative

Salary: Up to INR 80,000/month

Incentives: Attractive Performance Bonus & Uncapped Commission

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) skilled to represent Threeland Travel and maintain strong relationships with key agency partners in the Indian market.

Responsibilities:

-Partner & Account Management: Build strong relationships and maintain regular engagement with MICE agencies, event companies, and travel agents.

-Brand Representative: Act as the company's face at meetings, networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.

-Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, key players, and business leads through continuous networking.

-Business Development: Facilitate introductions and discussions to support sales teams and drive opportunity conversion.

-Field Presence: Spend active time meeting partners face-to-face and visiting partner offices regularly.

Job Requirements

-Experience & Network:



3-5 years in MICE Sales/Inbound Tour Operations with an active network of MICE agencies and corporate travel partners (handling Indian groups to Southeast Asia is a plus).

-Destination Expertise: Deep knowledge of destinations, attractions, and travel routes in Vietnam, Thailand, and Cambodia.

-Language & Communication: Fluency in written and spoken English & Hindi; exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.

-Cultural & Client Insight: Strong understanding of Indian corporate travelers' needs, habits, and culinary expectations.

-Mindset & Mobility: Proactive, result-oriented, and able to handle peak-season pressure; willing to travel frequently for face-to-face partner meetings.

Fixed Salary: Up to INR 80,000 per month (subject to TDS and professional tax deductions)

Bonus: Uncapped commission and attractive incentives based on sales performance and KPIs.
