Urgent Chance for the role of Architect Aurangabad site

Responsibilities

Comprehensive management of project designs including design basis, design reports, drawings and specifications for all building and infrastructure projects.

- Prepare design DCI & ensure design delivery as per schedule.
- Implement processes for design quality, quantity & schedule management.
- Manage co-ordination & interfacing of designs between disciplines.
- Manage design delivery from external consultants.
- Co-ordination of designs with other agencies.
- Review designs & co-ordinate with Site for safety standards & constructability parameters.
- Vetting of all drawings including site compatibility for shop drawings.
- Co-ordination of designs, delivery & approvals with Client.
- Providing Design development and drawing delivery status on monthly basis.
- Preparing mitigation measures for drawings delivery delays and prepare reports monthly.




- Monitor project design quantities & timely reconciliations.
- Manage Value Engineering, Change Management & claims for the project.
- Implement digital solutions for design delivery; BIM etc.
- Implement design processes in design development & prepare records for ISO audits certification.

Skills, Experience & Education

Bachelors in Architecture / M.Arch. from a recognized University.

10+ Years of Experience in handling Engineering Designs of building & infrastructure projects.

Strong project management and leadership skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations

Well versed in problem solving, decision making and logical competencies.
