- NavGurukul is looking for AI Engineers who want to build technology that creates real-world impact in education
- In this role, you will design, experiment, and deploy AI/ML and LLM-based solutions that power learning experiences for underserved students across India
- You will work with advanced models such as GPT, BERT, and open-source LLMs to build scalable applications for learning systems
- The role involves prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, and deploying production-grade AI systems using Python and contemporary ML frameworks
- You will also collaborate with engineers, mentor junior team members, and contribute to building robust AI infrastructure and decision intelligence systems
- This is a remote-first role with occasional travel to campuses or the Igatpuri headquarters
