Job description

Summary:

- Strong SAP skills
- Proven people leadership (should have managed 30+ members)
- Procurement operations/shared services background

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end procurement operations including helpdesk.
- Handle PR/PO management and P2P cycle using SAP (MM/P2P).
- Lead vendor evaluation, RFQ/RFP, negotiations, and onboarding.
- Oversee invoice processing, 3-way match, dispute resolution & timely payments.
- Manage dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting (Excel & PPT).
- Drive stakeholder/client management and ensure SLA adherence.
- Handle escalations and implement corrective & preventive actions.
- Lead and mentor a procurement operations team; drive productivity and compliance

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline
