- Electrical O&M;: Manage daily O&M; of 22kV transformers, main HT/LT panels & breakers, distribution panels, earthing pits, bus bars and plug-in boxes.
- Backup Power: Ensure readiness and maintenance of DG sets and plant-wide UPS systems.
- Lighting Systems: Maintain plant internal lighting, street lights and high-security lighting.
- Mechanical Utilities: Execute preventive maintenance for HVAC systems and industrial air compressors.
- Security Systems: Maintain and integrate CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS) and turnstile entry systems.
- Projects & Relocations: Lead facility infrastructure projects; independently handle machine shifting/layout changes ensuring zero production downtime.
- Warehouse Support: Coordinate and oversee facility maintenance activities at external warehouses; ensure SLA closures.
- Compliance & Reporting: Follow PM schedules/KPIs, manage vendors & AMCs, maintain documentation/certifications, prepare monthly MIS reports, and update logs/notifications in SAP.
