Position: Customer Service Advisor US E-Commerce Process (Voice)
Location: Pune

> Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 1 year of BPO customer service experience.
Experience in any of the following processes:
- Retail Customer Service
- Seller Support
- Airline Customer Service
- Insurance Customer Service
- International voice process experience preferred/required.
- No employment gaps.
- Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2 level).
- Solid customer handling, listening and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

> Work Schedule:

- 5.5 days working
- Rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
- Fixed weekly offs or fixed leave schedules cannot be committed.

> Training:

- Process Training: 5 Days
- Nesting Period: 5 Days (Live calls with support)
- Minimum 85% passing score required at each stage.
