Job Description Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technician Cum Team Lead to lead field operations for CCTV, surveillance, and ELV projects. The candidate will be responsible for hands-on technical work as well as supervising technicians and ensuring timely and quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise a team of CCTV/ELV technicians at project sites.

- Install, configure, commission, and maintain IP Analog CCTV systems .

- Configure NVRs, DVRs, VMS, cameras, switches, and related equipment.

- Troubleshoot CCTV, networking, power, and connectivity issues.

- Plan daily site activities and allocate work among team members.

- Ensure timely completion of installation, maintenance, and OM activities.

- Coordinate with customers, project engineers, and internal teams.

- Conduct preventive maintenance and resolve breakdowns.

- Maintain site reports, service reports, and installation records.

- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Candidate Profile

- Solid hands-on technical knowledge.

- Good team-handling and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage multiple site activities.





- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Willingness to travel to project/customer locations.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, ECE, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Experience handling CCTV/Surveillance projects and field teams.

- Experience in OM and preventive maintenance will be an advantage.

- Ability to independently troubleshoot technical issues and guide junior technicians.
