Position: Sales Manager- Motor Insurance

Channel: Agency Channel Motor Insurance

Locations: Panjim, Sawantwadi, Ratnagiri, Karad, Shrirampur, Kopargoan, Rahuri, Manchar, Baliware, Sangli, Pune

Age: Up to 38 years

CTC : Negotiable up to INR 5.50LPA + Petrol Allowance + Medical Benefits

Gender: Male & Female candidates can apply

Role & Responsibilities:

1) Develop and manage the Agency Channel business for Motor

Insurance products

2) Recruit, onboard, train & manage Insurance Advisors/Agents

3) Drive business growth through agent productivity and market expansion

4) Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives

5) Build strong relationships with agents,



customers & partners

6) Conduct regular field visits and support the agency team

7) Ensure high customer service standards and retention

Desired Candidate Profile:

1) Graduate with experience in Insurance / BFSI / Sales preferred

2) Experience in Motor Insurance or General Insurance will be an added advantage

3) Strong communication & relationship management skills

4) Ability to build and manage a team of advisors

5) Target-oriented and self-driven professional
