Key Responsibilities

* Handle end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding.

* Manage attendance, leave, employee records and HR documentation.

* Coordinate payroll and salary-related activities.

* Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR operations.

* Prepare HR letters and maintain personnel files.

* Support employee engagement, retention and HR policies.

Required Skills

* 2+ years of experience in HR/HR Operations/Recruitment.

* Valuable knowledge of recruitment & HR processes.

* Excellent communication & coordination skills.

* Good command of English, Hindi & Marathi.

* Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.

* Ability to work independently & handle multiple responsibilities.
