Role & Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end development of scalable full-stack applications.
- Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs and Microservices.
- Build responsive web applications using Angular or React.
- Integrate AI/GenAI, LLMs and AI-based APIs into applications.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor AI to improve productivity.
- Design scalable, secure and high-performance applications.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with product, design and business teams.
- Work with Git, CI/CD and cloud technologies.
- Follow Agile/Scrum development practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 69 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot and Angular/React.
- Good understanding of REST APIs,



Microservices and system design.
- Experience with AI/GenAI, LLMs, OpenAI APIs or AI-powered applications is preferred.
- Exposure to Cursor AI or similar AI coding assistants.
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, Git and CI/CD.
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and AWS/Azure/GCP is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication and mentoring skills.
