Job Description

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads.
- Provide detailed information about company projects/services.
- Schedule site visits/meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in CRM.
- Follow up with potential clients on a regular basis.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign updates.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM software.
- Good listening and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented mindset.
- 13 years of experience in tele-calling or similar work
- Good understanding of tele-calling processes and call flow
- Robust listening and analytical skills

Education: - Any Graduate

Experience: - 02 to 08 Year (Telecaller or Similar role)

Salary: - 23000 to 37,000 + (Depends on Your Current Salary) + Incentive

Job Timing: - 10 AM to 6:30 PM

Week Off: - Once in a Week (Not allowed on Saturday & Sunday)
