- Experience in technical support for security, surveillance, access control, or time attendance solutions .

- Basic knowledge of CCTV and related security products .

- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Roles Responsibility
- Provide online technical support for Matrix Access Control, Time Attendance, and CCTV products .

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and configuration-related issues.

- Support customers and system integrators with product installation, configuration, and commissioning .

- Diagnose issues related to biometric devices, attendance systems, access control devices, and CCTV systems .

- Assist with device integration, network connectivity, and basic system configuration.





- Coordinate with internal technical and product teams for complex technical issues and escalations.

- Conduct product demonstrations and provide basic technical training to customers and partners.

- Maintain proper documentation of technical queries, resolutions, and customer interactions.

Required Qualification: Diploma / Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or a related field.

Required Experience: 1+ Yrs
