Perform MIG, ARC (SMAW), and/or TIG welding as per job requirements.

- Grind, smooth, and finish welded joints to meet quality standards.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Inspect welded parts for defects and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Operate welding machines, angle grinders, and other fabrication tools safely Maintain welding equipment and perform basic daily maintenance.
- Follow production schedules and complete assigned work on time.
- Ensure compliance with company quality and safety procedures.
- Wear and properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area (5S).
- Report equipment issues, safety hazards, or quality concerns to the supervisor.
- Assist with other fabrication and production tasks as assigned.
Required Skills

- Knowledge of MIG, TIG, and/or ARC welding processes.
- Experience using angle grinders and other hand tools.




- Ability to read engineering drawings and fabrication sketches.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments such as measuring tape, vernier caliper, and steel ruler.
- Good attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.

Qualifications
- ITI Welder/Fitter, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in welding and grinding (Freshers with relevant training may also be considered).
