Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for various roles within the KPO industry through bulk hiring, campus hiring, lateral hiring, mass hiring, non-IT recruitment, and referrals.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fitment with requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding current hires.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in recruitment.
- Strong understanding of hiring processes including bulk hiring, campus hiring, lateral hiring, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with candidates.
- Proven track record of successful end-to-end recruitment campaigns.
