We're Hiring: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

A leading real estate development company is looking for a qualified and motivated Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, and income tax compliance.

* Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.

* Handle statutory audits and coordinate with auditors.

* Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

* Monitor cash flow, financial planning, and cost control.

* Maintain accurate financial records and support management with financial analysis.

* Experience in real estate accounting and RERA compliance will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

* Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.

* Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and accounting standards.

* Proficiency in Tally, ERP software, and Microsoft Excel.

* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
