We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Data Specialist to join our team at a reputed pharmaceutical company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in clinical data management and analysis, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and analyze clinical trial data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement effective data management plans to support clinical operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues.
- Conduct data quality checks and audits to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Provide training and support to junior staff on data management best practices.




- Participate in process improvements initiatives to enhance data management efficiency.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as life sciences or pharmacy.
- Proven experience in clinical data management and analysis, preferably in a pharmaceutical company setting.
- Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) regulations and guidelines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data management software and tools, such as electronic data capture systems.
