Job Summary

We are looking for a sales-oriented Relationship Officer with relevant experience in LAP/Mortgage Sales. The candidate will be responsible for direct business sourcing, customer acquisition, DSA/connector management, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and source LAP business through direct channels.
- Acquire new customers through market visits, references, and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with DSAs and connectors for business generation.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to login and disbursement.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable LAP solutions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers, DSAs, connectors, credit, and operations teams.
- Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to company policies and processes.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
- Ensure timely submission of required documents and smooth processing of cases.

Candidate Requirements





- Minimum 1 year of experience in LAP/Mortgage Sales.
- Currently working in LAP / Mortgage / Secured Lending product line.
- Proven experience in direct business sourcing.
- Experience in DSA and connector sourcing is mandatory/preferred.
- Strong sales orientation and target-driven approach.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should have demonstrated consistent sales performance.
- Candidate should have earned sales incentives at least 6–7 times during the last 12 months.
- Preference for candidates demonstrating stability in their current organization.
- Must have positive local market knowledge and customer acquisition skills.

- Loan Amount / Ticket Size: 15 Lakhs – 1 Crore
- Average Ticket Size: 25 – 35 Lakhs
