WE ARE HIRING FOR: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager/Manager for Finance & Accounts.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

Education: Bachelors Degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting

Experience: Relevant experience in Finance & Accounts / Accounts Payable / Finance Operations

Technical Skills: MS Excel & ERP knowledge; Oracle ERP experience preferred

Knowledge: Accounting, banking operations, cash flow, MIS, reconciliations & month-end closing

Preferred: CA / Inter CA / MBA Finance for senior-level positions

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable activities





Verify invoices and handle vendor reconciliations

Process and monitor timely vendor payments

Manage daily cash flow and fund availability

Handle banking transactions and bank reconciliations

Prepare MIS, financial summaries and cash flow reports

Manage accounting entries and reporting through Oracle ERP

Support payroll processing and reconciliation

Handle monthly closing, provisions and ledger scrutiny

Support audits and statutory compliance

Maintain financial accuracy and proper documentation

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
