Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team in Andheri East, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer calls in a skilled and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries, queries, and complaints.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate assistance to customers.
- Ensure customer issues are addressed and escalated when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details in the CRM.
- Follow established customer service processes and maintain a high level of service quality.




- Qualification & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in English and Hindi.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM systems.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Customer Care, Voice Process, Inbound Calling, or Client Servicing.
- Fresh graduates with good communication skills may also be considered.
- Candidates who can comfortably commute to Andheri East, Mumbai are preferred.
