About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head – Digital Marketing, Pan India to lead digital marketing, patient acquisition and brand visibility initiatives across Wonder IVF's centers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and lead the Pan-India digital marketing strategy for the organisation.
- Drive lead generation, patient acquisition and digital performance across centres.
- Plan and manage campaigns across Google, Meta, social media, SEO and other digital platforms.
- Monitor CPL, lead quality, conversions, ROI/ROAS and campaign performance.
- Manage and coordinate with digital, creative, media and performance marketing agencies.
- Develop regional and centre-level digital campaigns based on market requirements.
- Support new centre launches, doctor branding, medical campaigns and patient outreach initiatives.
- Coordinate with centre heads, doctors, counsellors and internal marketing teams.




- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilisation and cost optimisation.
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team and drive performance across multiple locations.
- Stay updated on digital trends, healthcare marketing practices and competitive activity.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, with substantial experience in hospitals, healthcare, IVF/fertility centers or clinical organizations.
- Robust hands-on experience in Digital & Performance Marketing and Lead Generation.
- Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and Social Media Marketing.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, budgets and multi-location campaigns.
- Strong understanding of patient acquisition and digital conversion funnels.
- Experience in healthcare brand communication and centre-level marketing.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
- Willingness to travel across India as required.

Mandatory

Healthcare/Hospital marketing experience is mandatory. Candidates without relevant healthcare marketing experience will not be considered.
