Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Administration Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, employee documentation, attendance, onboarding, payroll coordination, and general HR administration. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, robust attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR administrative activities and employee records.
- Maintain and update employee files, HR databases, and documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data.




- Coordinate with payroll teams for monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and employee changes.
- Prepare HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and relieving letters.
- Support employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and documentation.
- confidentially.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Support HR compliance and statutory documentation as required.
- Coordinate with other departments for HR-related administrative requirements.

Qualification

Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
