Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing the entire quality control and quality assurance of the factory operations.
- Training a substantially big QC team and also the factory operations team on matters of quality.
- Dealing with auditors of ISO / BRC
- Formulation and implementation of strategies to reduce wastage internally and making zero rejection externally + zero customer complaints.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Robust understanding of ISO standards and ability to apply them effectively in daily work.
- An experienced QA Manager with minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in overseas like in Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroun, Kenya, Uganda, South Africa, Egypt, UAE, KSA, Tanzania, Zambia
