Role & responsibilities

- Overall responsible for Manager Quality functions as per the TPI system.
- Manage PAN India TPI operations, team deployment, project execution, and performance.
- Review, verify, and sign ESA/TPI reports before submission to clients.
- Responsible for business development and achievement of Business Plan targets.
- Conduct client meetings, inspections, audits, and trainings as required.
- Manage accreditation, compliance, and extension of scope activities.
- Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17020, OISD 225, and applicable standards.
- Manage branch operations, MIS reports, budgets, and operational performance.
- Handle client payment follow-ups, complaints, and issue resolution.
- Manage procurement of inspection equipment/instruments, including technical and commercial evaluation.
- Maintain audit records, inspection documentation, and quality records.




- Drive client empanelment and business development with organizations such as IOCL, HPCL, BPCL, GAIL, ONGC, EIL, and PESO.
- Support Management in implementing strategic decisions, process improvements, and business initiatives.
- Perform other duties as directed by Management.

Preferred candidate profile

- Excellent Knowledge of Third Party Inspection
- Excellent Knowledge of Team handling of Third party inspection (CIVIL/ Electrical /Mechanical) & Project management
- Valuable Command on MS- Office & Presentation Skills
- Open for Travelling whenever required.
- Preferred from Certification Body with minimum 7 Years experience.
