Roles and Responsibilities

- Coordinate with various departments (F&B;, Housekeeping, Audio-Visual) to ensure seamless execution of events.

- Ensure banquets meet quality standards by monitoring food preparation, presentation, and service delivery.

- Handle guest complaints and feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction.

- Manage hotel bookings for events and maintain accurate records of reservations.

- Collaborate with sales team to increase revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-7 years of experience in banquet operations or related field.

- B.Com degree in Any Specialization or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

- Solid knowledge of hospitality industry practices and trends.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
