- We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager to lead our MEP team in the real estate sector.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and oversee the design, development, and implementation of MEP systems in real estate projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.




- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on MEP solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in managing MEP teams in real estate projects.
- Solid knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and fire fighting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
