Role Overview:
We are looking for a polished, discreet, and highly organized Butler to manage the day-to-day personal and professional requirements of Vice Chairman. Involves close coordination with household staff, vendors, and office personnel to ensure all needs are met with efficiency and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day service and upkeep
- Coordinate and manage pantry service, refreshments, and meals.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Liaise with household and office staff to ensure smooth coordination
- Handle personal errands, basic admin tasks, and vendor follow-ups as needed
- Greet guests and ensure they are attended to with warmth and professionalism
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the familys preferences and lifestyle standards

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 35 years of experience as a Butler or in high-end hospitality
- Fluent in English and Hindi; well-spoken with good etiquette
- Presentable, courteous, and proactive
- Robust sense of discretion and trustworthiness
- Tech-friendly and organized; ability to coordinate small tasks independently
