Role Summary

This role delivers financial and product-specific training for all business units. Youll simplify complex

financial concepts, ensure regulatory accuracy, and build strong product expertise across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product and financial training sessions across regional teams.

• Deliver standardized modules with 100% accuracy and compliance.

• Execute pre- and post-assessments to measure knowledge gain.

• Analyze knowledge gaps and partner with Operations/Audit teams to reduce errors.

• Localize examples & case studies as per region without altering core content.

• Maintain training documentation and assessment records.

Qualifications & Expectations

• Graduate in Finance/Commerce/Business.

• Solid command over financial markets, products,



and regulatory frameworks.

• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts into easy, practical learning.

• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills to identify knowledge gaps and recommend solutions.

• High ownership, attention to detail, and commitment to training accuracy.

• Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Support and Business Heads.

• Proficiency in MS Office; experience in using any LMS platform will be an added advantage.

• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
