We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Cloud Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud applications including PBCS, FCCS, PCMCS, ARCS, and Narrative Reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, enhancing, and optimizing Oracle EPM solutions to meet business planning, consolidation, reconciliation, profitability, and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, implement, and support Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure and maintain Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) applications.
- Implement and support Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) solutions.
- Develop and maintain Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS) models and allocations.
- Configure and manage Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) reconciliations and workflows.
- Design and develop financial and management reports using Oracle Narrative Reporting.
- Develop business rules, calculation scripts, data forms, dashboards, and reports.
- Build and maintain metadata management, security models, and application configurations.
- Perform data integrations using EPM Data Integration, Data Management, FDMEE, and related tools.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.
- Conduct system testing, UAT support, deployment activities, and production support.




- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to deliver business solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, design documents, and user training materials.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Oracle PBCS
- Oracle FCCS
- Oracle PCMCS
- Oracle ARCS
- Oracle Narrative Reporting

- Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud architecture and administration.
- Knowledge of business rules, Calculation Manager, Groovy scripting, and Smart View.
- Experience with EPM Data Integration, Data Management, and FDMEE.
- Understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, close, and reconciliation processes.
- Experience in metadata management, security setup, and application migration.
- Robust SQL and reporting knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Oracle EPBCS and EDMCS.
- Exposure to Oracle ERP Cloud integrations.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and EPM Automate.
- Oracle EPM Cloud Certification preferred.
- Experience working in global delivery environments.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.

Nice to Have

- Groovy scripting experience.
- Financial transformation or digital finance project experience.
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience with multinational enterprise implementations.
