Responsibilities

- Lead and support a team of Java/React developers.
- Develop, review, and maintain high-quality code based on business and technical requirements.
- Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards, quality, and security best practices.
- Drive Sprint/ PI planning, estimation, solution reviews and technical discussions.
- Ensure code is aligned with defined architecture and technology standards
- Support CI/CD implementation, test automation, security and performance initiatives.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application stability.
- Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing.

Must-have skills

- Java: Java 8/11/17, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, Java
- Frontend: ReactJS, JavaScript, React Core Concepts.
- Testing: JUnit, Mockito, Karate, Cucumber, Jest, React Testing Library.
- Database: MongoDB/Oracle with robust PL/SQL skills.
- Tools: GitHub, Git Commands, IntelliJ IDEA, SonarQube, Checkmarx.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design,



Design Patterns, and Multi-threaded Programming.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
- Strong knowledge of REST API development and microservices architecture.
- Proven experience in leading globally distributed teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications

Microservices architecture, cloud platforms, and DevOps exposure.

Qualifications

Computer Science foundation in a software engineering role good knowledge of OOAD, scalability issues and multi-tiered solutions.
