Experience & Background

- 6-10 years of experience in luxury retail, premium retail, fashion, or lifestyle environments
- Minimum 2-3 years of team leadership and store management experience
- Strong commercial acumen with proven sales delivery
- Experience in clienteling, CRM, and luxury customer engagement
- Exposure to inventory management, VM, and retail operations
- Experience managing large-format boutiques or flagship stores preferred
- Solid luxury retail and client relationship mindset

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Commercial Performance

- Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Drive achievement across all retail productivity KPIs
- Monitor daily business performance and implement action plans to bridge gaps
- Analyse sales trends, category performance, client behaviour, and commercial opportunities
- Drive profitability through effective stock utilisation and commercial planning
- Prepare weekly and monthly business reviews for leadership teams

2. Clienteling & CRM

- Build and maintain solid relationships with HNI and UHNI clientele
- Drive repeat business through personalised client engagement strategies
- Ensure CRM data capture, client profiling, and follow-up standards are maintained
- Lead appointment selling, distance selling, and private client outreach initiatives
- Execute client retention, reactivation, and loyalty-building programs
- Manage after-sales service and maintain luxury client experience standards

3. Team Leadership & Development

- Recruit, coach, train, and develop boutique team members
- Conduct regular performance reviews and development discussions




- Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results
- Drive product knowledge, selling capability, and luxury service excellence
- Manage staffing schedules, productivity, and succession planning
- Foster collaboration, ownership, and team engagement

4. Store Operations

- Ensure seamless day-to-day boutique operations
- Maintain compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements
- Oversee billing accuracy, cash handling, and operational controls
- Ensure smooth execution of opening and closing procedures
- Maintain boutique upkeep aligned with luxury standards

5. Inventory Management

- Maintain inventory accuracy and stock integrity
- Drive zero shrinkage through strong stock controls
- Manage stock transfers, replenishment, RTVs, and movement processes
- Oversee cycle counts and annual stock audits
- Track inventory productivity and sell-through performance
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely stock availability

6. Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards

- Ensure boutique presentation reflects global brand guidelines
- Maintain VM standards across all product categories
- Execute seasonal launches, storytelling, and campaign rollouts
- Conduct regular boutique walkthroughs to maintain luxury presentation standards

7. Events & Business Development

- Plan and execute boutique events, trunk shows, and client activations
- Build local partnerships to drive brand visibility and client acquisition
- Identify local market opportunities and drive community engagement
- Support pop-ups and outstation selling initiatives

8. Reporting & Analytics

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports
- Monitor and report key business and operational metrics
- Identify risks and opportunities through data-led analysis
- Present action plans to improve business performance and client acquisition
