- Experience: 2+ years in Language, Soft Skills, Cultural or Process Training
- Education: Graduate in any discipline
- English Proficiency: B2/C1 level (CEFR)
- Deliver ILT, process training, nesting, refresher training, and floor readiness programs.
- Partner with Operations & QA for TNA/TNI and performance improvement.
- Drive speed-to-proficiency, quality, productivity, and nesting performance.
- Ensure awareness of PII, KYC/AML, data security, and BFSI compliance.
- Robust knowledge of MS Office, G-Suite, Windows & Apple OS.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills..
- Willing to work in a 247 environment and travel as required.
