Responsibilities and Duties
- Identifying potential customers, establishing contacts, visiting them, understanding their requirements Building a sales pipeline for the assigned region
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
- Creating and presenting proposals
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing to terms and conditions
- Establishing current relationships and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Plan and forecast sales
- Monitor competitor activities and keep the management updated about latest trends in the market and work closely with the Marketing team to develop promotions and offers
- Update and maintain Sales MIS for the designated region
- Real estate experience shall be given additional consideration
