Job Description : Tax - Associate

We are hiring candidates to assist EY Indias transfer pricing teams to improve and monitor their

client onboarding and management processes and associated risk management.

Your Role:

Your main objective is to assist EY Indias Tax - Transfer Pricing teams in client onboarding process

including risk management procedures & contracting and billings and collections.

Your people responsibilities:

Conduct the engagement in a professional manner and in accordance with internal teams

expectations and as instructed by them.

Exhibit positive attitude and demonstrate willingness to learn.

Work constructively with team to evaluate and improve personal and team performance.

Provide timely and accurate work products.

Operational Excellence / Day to day responsibilities:

Project Management and Coordination workplans, burn down charts, end to end reporting

New Engagement Support – Client background checks,



Pricing plan, filling up of preliminary forms

on EY portals,

Engagement Document Management – Drafting client contracts and Scope of Work

Billing, and Code Management – budget to actuals, report and analysis, dashboards

Demonstrate professionalism through a positive and cooperative attitude and by maintaining the

confidentiality and proprietary nature of client relationships and related work products.

Sensitive towards EY code of conduct, values and quality standards

Contribute to the overall success of the team by developing a thorough understanding of EY

methodologies and tools to enhance service delivery; keeping team members informed of work status;

actively seeking assignments when unassigned; proactively seeking opportunities to provide services;

Academics qualifications:

Graduate from any stream

Additional details:

Limited Work From Home option – Required to attend office physically as remote access to

databases is challenging

Flexibility to work back in teams with diverse background

Good Interpersonal and communication skills

Command over written English
