Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager to manage and grow partner relationships, drive business growth, and ensure excellent account performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and build strong relationships with assigned partner accounts.
- Onboard new partners and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Drive business growth through promotions and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor account performance using dashboards and business metrics.
- Resolve partner queries and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare account growth plans and identify current business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Finance, and Support.

Requirements:

- Graduate with 1+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts.
