Solution Architect - Network Assurance Control (NAC) - Azalio Solution Architect - Network Assurance Control (NAC) Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and technically adept Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of Network Assurance Control (NAC) solutions. This role demands deep expertise in fault and performance management, data integration, automation frameworks, and monitoring systems. The architect will guide cross-functional teams, define solution blueprints, and ensure seamless integration across telecom domains and assurance platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Define end-to-end NAC solution architecture, covering PM/FM domains
- Design scalable, modular, and reusable components for data ingestion, processing, and visualization
- Lead integration strategy for network elements (NEs) with assurance frameworks and AIOps platforms
- Establish governance for KPI, threshold, and policy (TP) management

Performance Management (PM)

- Architect adapters for multi-vendor data ingestion
- Define KPI models, historical data strategies, and analytics pipelines
- Oversee dashboard design for real-time and historical performance metrics
- Drive predictive analytics and AIOps integration

Fault Management (FM)

- Architect fault/event data adapters and correlation engines




- Define NEF syntax, RCA/SIA frameworks, and event processing logic
- Guide development of agents for fault collection and enrichment

Cross-Domain Integration

- Lead FM/PM report design and customization
- Oversee Grafana dashboard architecture and visualization standards
- Ensure seamless integration across OSS/BSS/NMS/EMS and 5G/4G/IP domains

Qualifications

- Strategic thinker with hands-on technical depth
- Passion for innovation in telecom assurance and automation
- Ability to mentor developers and collaborate across domains
