We are looking for an experienced Safety Manager -CAMO to oversee and strengthen the Safety Management System (SMS) for our Non-Scheduled Operator (NSOP) operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring secure flight operations, regulatory compliance, proactive risk management, and continuous improvement of the organisation's safety standardsReports to: Accountable ManagerPurpose:To manage and maintain the CAMO Safety Management System (SMS), ensuring effective identification, assessment and control of continuing-airworthiness safety risks.Key Responsibilities:* Implement and maintain the CAMO SMS.* Identify hazards and conduct safety risk assessments.* Monitor Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs) and safety objectives.* Manage safety/occurrence reporting and investigations.* Monitor safety corrective and preventive actions.* Conduct safety assessments for Management of Change (MOC).* Promote safety awareness and a positive reporting culture.* Provide safety advice to the Accountable Manager.* Support DGCA audits, inspections and safety-related requirements.Competency:Relevant aviation/technical experience, CAMO knowledge, SMS training, and understanding of applicable DGCA/ICAO safety requirements.
