Job DescriptionSales Manager – Wall Decor Pro NWe are looking for a Sales Manager to effectively manage and convert leads provided by the company and drive sales for our wall décor products. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Handle company-providedleads and ensure timely and effective follow-ups. N Understand client requirements, preferences, budget, and project needs. N Present and recommend suitable Wall Decor Pro products. N Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and close deals. N Maintain regular follow-ups until the sale is completed. N Update leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales in the CRM. N Coordinate with Accounts, Production, and Dispatch teams after closing the deal. N Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a valuable conversion rate. N Guide and support the sales team when required.



NnRequirementsn N Minimum 2 years of sales experience; experience in interior,décor, building materials, or related industries is preferred. N Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills. N Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable products. N Strong sales and deal-closing skills. N Target-oriented and customer-focused. N Basic knowledge of CRM and Excel preferred.
