NWe are looking for a Business Analytics and Data Science leader who can combine strong business acumen with analytics and AI to improve decision-making, unlock new growth opportunities, automate workflows, and drive measurable business outcomes. NThis role will work closely with the leadership team to build an AI-first decision intelligence function that powers major business decisions across growth, operations, supply, partnerships, product, and finance. N n What You'll Own NBusiness & Growth Analytics Nn Own the analyticsagenda across the business. N Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, retention, monetization, and operational efficiency. N Drive deep analysis of student journeys, booking funnels, cancellations, partner performance, and revenue drivers. N Partner with leadershipon growth strategy, market expansion, and resource allocation decisions. N Build frameworks for measuring business performance across countries, destinations, universities, and partner segments.



Nn n AI & Decision Intelligence Nn Define and execute Amber's AI roadmap across analytics. N Build AI-powered decision-support systems that proactively identify opportunities and risks. N Develop AI copilots andself-serve intelligence tools for business teams. N Leverage LLMs, agentic workflows, and modern AI tooling to automate analysis and decision-making processes. N Partner with business leaders to redesign workflows using AI. Nn n Revenue & Commercial Intelligence Nn Drive pricing, commission, profitability, and revenue optimisation initiatives. N Analyse marketplace dynamics and identify opportunities to improve commercial performance. N Use data and analytics to support revenue growth and better commercial decision-making. Nn n Analytics Leadership Nn Build and lead a high-performing Analytics, Data Science, and AI team . N Create a culture of hypothesis-driven and AI-enabled decision-making. N Mentor analysts, data scientists, and analytics managers. N Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Partnerships teams. Nn n What We're Looking For N Experience n N 10+ years of experienceacross Business Analytics, Data Science, Growth Analytics, Revenue Analytics, Business Intelligence, Decision Science, or related analytics functions . N Prior experience working in an e-commerce or marketplace business is mandatory. N Experience leading Analytics, Data Science, BI, or Decision Science teams in a high-growth environment. N Strong experience usinganalytics to drive areas such as acquisition,



conversion, retention, pricing, monetisation, revenue growth, customer behaviour, and marketplace decisions . N Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes through analytics and data initiatives. N Experience partnering directly with founders, executives, or senior business leaders. N Experience building andscaling analytics teams and organisational capabilities. Nn n AI & Data Expertise Nn Strong understanding of modern AI ecosystems, including LLMs, AI agents, RAG architectures, and workflow automation . N Experience deploying AI-driven solutions into business processes. N Familiarity with modernAI and data tooling ecosystems. N Experience building predictive models and operationalising Data Science initiatives. N Strong understanding ofexperimentation and model-evaluation frameworks. Nn n Technical Skills Nn Advanced SQL. N Strong Python or equivalent analytical programming expertise. N Strong statistical and analytical foundations. N Experience with modern data warehouses and analytics infrastructure. N Experience with BI platforms and self-serve analytics ecosystems. Nn n Leadership Skills Nn Ability to connect business strategy with data and AI capabilities.
