The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture, with proven experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and building scalable, high-performance user interfaces. N n Roles & Responsibilities Nn Lead the design and implementation of complex frontend features across modules and applications. N Define and drive frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices. N Build and maintain scalable, reusable component libraries and shared packages within an Nx monorepo. N Integrate multiple backend services, ensuring robust authentication, authorization, and error-handling mechanisms. N Optimize application performance for dashboards, large datasets, reporting platforms, and interactive UI experiences. N Collaborate closely with Product, Backend, QA, and Design teams to deliver high-quality solutions. N Establish testing strategies and improve code quality using Vitest, React Testing Library, and Cypress. N Mentor developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge-sharing sessions. N Drive modernization initiatives while balancing business priorities and delivery timelines. Nn n Skills & Experience Required Nn 10+ years of software development experience with at least 6+ years of hands-on React.Js development. N Strong expertise in React (Hooks, Context API, Component Patterns) and TypeScript.



N Experience building large-scale enterprise SPAs with authentication, RBAC, and multi-tenant architectures. N Hands-on experience with React 19, Vite, Ant Design, Less, and Styled Components/Emotion. N Strong experience with Nx Monorepo, shared component libraries, and modular frontend architecture. N Expertise in API integrations using Axios and multi-service frontend environments. N Experience with frontend performance optimization, code splitting, caching, and rendering strategies. N Strong understanding oftesting frameworks including Vitest, React Testing Library, and Cypress. N Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
