About the Role

Monz Creative School is looking for a passionate and skilled Fashion Designing Faculty / Trainer to train and mentor aspiring fashion designers through practical, industry-oriented learning.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of fashion design fundamentals, hands-on experience with fashion tools and techniques, and the ability to effectively guide students through practical projects and portfolio development.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct theory and practical training sessions in Fashion Designing.
- Teach Fashion Illustration, Pattern Making, Draping and Garment Construction.
- Train students in fabric selection, textile knowledge and garment finishing techniques.
- Provide hands-on training in sewing and garment-making techniques.
- Guide students in developing fashion collections, design concepts and portfolios.
- Train students in relevant fashion design software and CAD tools.
- Assign practical projects, assignments and assessments.
- Monitor students' progress and provide individual guidance.
- Help students develop industry-relevant skills and professional portfolios.




- Stay updated with current fashion trends, techniques and industry practices.

Maintain a positive, creative and professional learning environment.

- CLO 3D / Browzwear Added Advantage

Eligibility

- Degree / Diploma in Fashion Designing, Apparel Design, Textile Design or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant industry / teaching / training experience.
- Candidates with solid practical fashion designing skills and a good portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Candidates willing to relocate to Bangalore, Coimbatore, Madurai or Trichy can also apply.
- Candidates should be comfortable with hands-on practical training.

A strong fashion design portfolio will be an added advantage.

Salary

Based on last CTC and performance in the interview / tool test.
